What started off in 2015 as a little hole in the wall selling fresh takeaway sushi, evolved into a collection of takeaway stores. It all began with a conscious change to use only local, fresh and premium quality ingredients. This allowed us to expand our menu and focus on offering a healthy takeaway option for our customers.
What followed was a focus on ensuring our food was always affordable and always fast. No expensive lunches and no long wait times, we wanted to produce quick, healthy and low-cost takeaway food.

We want to make you feel good, fast! We are not just your average takeaway sushi shop, everything you see on our menu is made with fresh local produce and premium quality ingredients, on-site, all day, everyday.

We don’t believe in cooking food with cheap ingredients and there is a reason why we don’t use MSG in our custom made rice. Why? Because we choose to provide our community with healthy, affordable and guilt-free takeaway food that we would want to eat everyday.

For a long time, we have been working on offering eco-friendly packaging that doesn’t affect consumer cost or jeopardise the quality of our food.
We are now so excited to be working with manufacturers whose products are made from renewable materials and are certified compostable. We still have a long way to go, but we are 100% committed to improving our sustainable practices so we can help reduce plastic waste.

The wholesale component of our business was ultimately established through our friendly Byron Bay community. Beginning with a fresh and healthy sushi offering to many of our local Byron Bay school canteens, was followed by our fellow retailer friends contacting us for the same good stuff!
Our wholesale range has now expanded into the further reaches of the Northern Rivers, where we are working with a wide array of reputable retailers.
